What is the difference between highlights, babylights and balayage?

Classic highlights lighten defined strands from the root; babylights are very fine highlights that mimic the natural lightness of children's hair; balayage is hand-painted for a soft blend and a more natural regrowth.
Can I cover grey hair without a flat, single colour?

Yes. Besides full-coverage colour, grey hair can be blended with fine highlights, lowlights or a gloss, which soften the contrast so regrowth is less noticeable.
What should I do before my colour appointment?

Come with hair unwashed since the day before and tell us about any colour, straightening or henna in the last year: that history determines the formula and how far we can lighten in one session.
